Returning an item has never been easier. We will follow you throughout the whole process, no worries!

Once you have tried your sunglasses on in the comfort of your own home, if for any reason you need to send them back, you will have thirty (30) days from the date you received your order to exchange it for any other model or ask for a refund.

We will collect the parcel you need to return from your home, work or any alternative address that best suits you for free.

Please ensure that products are returned unworn, clean and undamaged, including all the accessories first supplied. The rest is on us!

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
