Service Conditions

All items are in stock ready to be shipped out within one (1) working day from the moment that you place your order.
In the unlikely event the item is currently out of stock, we will immediately get back to let you know the estimated arrival. In this case you will be entitled to ask for an exchange or a refund.
We regret to have to limit orders to no more than one (1) unit per single item, this in order to guarantee availability of the sunglasses. In case you need more pieces we will be happy to reach out to you and supply all the necessary information.

All orders are carefully hand-packed, secure, recorded and traceable on the carrier’s website. Shipping out and the tracking number will be notified to you by an automatic e-mail upon your order being dispatched.

Shipping to you is offered by Luxoneyes. We use different registered courier services, according to where you want the sunglasses to reach you.
If any issue occurs during delivery, we are always here to offer additional support and advice.
If for any reason you want to return the sunglasses then you will just need to contact us by e-mail or phone and fill out the return form you will find here. The return costs are on Luxoneyes’ charge.

We reserve the right to cancel the order if:
- The goods you have ordered are not available;
- We cannot deliver to your area;
- There was a system mistake on our website.

 In the unlikely case that we are obliged to cancel your order we will let you know in advance and re-credit your account any sum deducted by us via the original method of payment the soonest possible.


For all the customers that live outside the European Union, taxes are not included in the price. Please note that you could therefore be charged for duties, once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Luxoneyes does not have control over them

Your product is protected by a warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.
Frame damage not associated with normal wear, such as pressure breaks, excessive heat, intentional bending, abuse or general misuse are not covered. Still please contact us in any case. We will be happy to find a solution and help.
All the sunglasses we treat are 100% genuine and authentic and they come in their original packaging, authenticity certificate and accessories as provided by the manufacturer.

 Our consultants are at your disposal from Monday to Friday from 8,30 am to 7 pm  (Central European Time), except from National Holidays (in this case you will be notified in advance)
