Your satisfaction is our goal.
If you do not like the glasses you purchased, you may return them within 10 working days from delivery.

First of all you have to fill the return form.

Products must be unused, unworn, undamaged, clean and returned with all the accessories, certificate and case. All the returned items is visually inspected upon receipt for signs of wear prior to the issuance of any refunds, exchanges or credits.

Our return policy is really simple:
To fill in the RETURN FORM, click here;
Wait for our confirmation e-mail;
Send the product back to us following the instructions indicated in our e-mail and to the address we will tell you.
Confirm us via e-mail the shipping date, the shipping service you used and the tracking number whenever you have it.

LUXONEYES cannot offer exchanges before the items is arrived back to us. If our conditions and instructions will not be respected, LUXONEYES will refuse the package and any shipping fees and custom duties will be on your charge.

If our procedure will be followed, LUXONEYES will refund you the amount of the product you paid except the shipping costs.
The refund will be processed within 10 days from the receiving date and we will credit the amount directly through the original payment, Credit card or Paypal.
You will be able to see the credited amount on your account according to the terms and conditions scheduled from your bank and credit card company.
What is not mentioned is ruled by the Italian Legal Decree 185/1999.
